Governance Team

The Governance Team at LEAP New Haven ensures the organization's integrity and effectiveness by overseeing policies, compliance, and strategic direction. This team, including roles such as Treasurer, Secretary, Co-chairs, and Vice-chair, is responsible for maintaining organizational standards, steering board meetings, managing financial oversight, and supporting executive decisions to further the nonprofit's mission.
