Timothy M Sauer, Ph.D. has extensive experience in research and analytics. Timothy M worked as the Director of Research at LEAP Digital Agency from January 2019 onwards, leading a team of analysts and utilizing key insights to inform marketing strategy and design. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Data Scientist at the agency, where they directed research activity and assisted in the development of marketing strategies. Timothy M also spearheaded the introduction of comprehensive marketing research services as a Research & Analytics Specialist at LEAP Digital Agency.

Dr. Sauer worked as an Independent Research and Evaluation Consultant at Louisville Research and Evaluation from January 2009 to August 2014, providing support in quantitative research methodology and program evaluation. Timothy M also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Louisville from January 2013 to June 2014, teaching graduate level courses. In addition, they worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Louisville from July 2010 to July 2011, collaborating on research utilizing advanced statistical methods.

Furthermore, Dr. Sauer served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the National Research Center for Career and Technical Education from January 2009 to July 2010, contributing to a two-year project on online career and technical education programs. Timothy M also gained experience as an Assessment and Evaluation Intern at Jefferson County Public Schools from March 2008 to February 2009.

Timothy M Sauer, Ph.D. completed their education with a high school diploma from Trinity High School in 2002, where they focused on the Advanced Program. Timothy M then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Criminal Justice from Bellarmine University, graduating in 2006. Following this, they attended the University of Louisville from 2007 to 2012 and achieved a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership with a focus on Evaluation.
