Steven Rodgers

Steven Rodgers has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Steven started their career at M1 Global Solutions as an intern, where they assisted the IT Help desk and worked on internal network infrastructure. Steven then worked at Staples as a Computer Repair Specialist, performing tasks such as floor sales, stocking, and PC repair services.

After that, they joined Presence Technology for a brief contract work as a Software Implementation Assistant, where they assisted with a call center CLI software implementation.

Steven then moved on to Akamai Technologies, where they worked as a Field Technician for a specific period.

Steven then transitioned to T-Mobile USA, where they worked as a Sales Associate/Device Specialist, providing technical support to customers and leading the technical aspects of the store.

Steven's next move was to Leapfrog Services, where they held various roles. Steven started as an IT Support Analyst, providing remote support to clients via telephone/email. Steven then became an Onsite Field Service Technician, followed by working as an Infrastructure Engineer - Escalations, responsible for supporting and maintaining the internal infrastructure at Leapfrog and its clients. Their subsequent role was a Private Cloud Engineer, where they designed, configured, secured, deployed, and maintained Leapfrog's private cloud infrastructure and on-premises infrastructure of clients. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Engineer, Cloud at Leapfrog Services.

Steven Rodgers attended Kennesaw Mountain High School from 2002 to 2006, where they completed a College Prep + Career Prep program. Steven then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree at Kennesaw State University from 2006 to 2011, specializing in Information Security & Assurance.
