Stephen Njuguna has had a diverse range of work experiences. Stephen began their career in 2008 with Excellent Ventures, where they worked as a Business Administrator. In 2010, they moved on to Leapfrog IT Services, where they held the position of Information Technology Specialist. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Directly as a Technical Support Specialist.
Stephen Njuguna received their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Computer Literacy from United States International University - Africa. Stephen attended the university from 2002 to 2006. Later, from 2007 to 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at UMass Boston.
