Eric Resman, PMP

Eric Resman, PMP has extensive work experience in various roles across different industries. Eric is currently working as a Digital HR Consultant & Engagement Manager at Mercer | Leapgen since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Herc Rentals from 2016 to 2021, where they held multiple roles including IT Business Partner from December 2018 to April 2021, HR Reporting & Analytics Lead from April 2017 to November 2018, and HRIS Manager from April 2016 to April 2017. Before that, they worked at Hertz from 2012 to 2016 as Manager of Talent Acquisition Systems from August 2014 to April 2016, Recruitment and Integration Specialist from April 2013 to August 2014, and Recruiting Effectiveness Coordinator from April 2012 to March 2013. Eric also has prior experience from their roles at MTV as a Press Intern in 2011, PNC as a Virtual Wallet College Crew Member from May 2011 to October 2011, and Hudson Perinatal Consortium as a Social Media Intern from May 2011 to August 2011.

Eric Resman, PMP, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at Rutgers University from 2007 to 2012, majoring in Economics, Communication, and Music. In 2010 and 2011, they participated in a Study Abroad program at John Cabot University.

Throughout their career, Eric has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills. In October 2020, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In February 2020, they obtained the ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert.

Furthermore, Eric has recently acquired several certifications in 2022. In April, they completed the Collaborative Meetings certification from Miro, while in March, they obtained the Miro Essentials and Mapping & Diagramming certifications from the same institution. Additionally, in January 2022, they received the 2021 Core App certification from Smartsheet.
