Lynsey Hathcock has a strong background in digital transformation and change management. They are currently working as a Digital Transformation Consultant at Leapgen since January 2021. Prior to Leapgen, they worked at Alight Solutions as the Director of Change Advisory Services from April 2019 to January 2021. Before Alight Solutions, they served as a Managing Consultant of Change Enablement at Appirio from 2016 to April 2019. Following this, they pursued higher education at Wake Forest University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2010. Simultaneously, they also earned an MBA degree from Wake Forest University School of Business during the same time period. In terms of certifications, Lynsey Hathcock obtained the Illinois State Bar certification in 2011.
