Tess Staadecker

Tess Staadecker is the Associate Vice President of People & Culture at Leap, where they focus on building high-performing, values-driven organizations that promote employee success. With a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, Tess has a diverse background spanning roles in retail operations, public relations, and human resources. Prior to their current position, they worked at lululemon, leading global learning design for over 14,000 employees, and served as a Senior Partner for Culture & People Development at Turntide Technologies. Additionally, Tess dedicated efforts to support job seekers during the COVID-19 pandemic while working as a career coach and resume designer.
