Saijal Kalidas, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition. Most recently, they served as the Associate Vice President of People and Culture at Apple Federal Credit Union, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, Saijal worked at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they held various HR leadership roles, including Associate Vice President of Human Resources and Assistant Vice President of HR Business Partnerships. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and executing global HR strategies, managing employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition. Saijal also led the implementation of HR systems, such as Workday modules, and played a key role in consolidating HR policies. Earlier in their career, Saijal gained experience in recruitment and customer service management at Remedy Intelligent Staffing and Target. Saijal started their career in HR as a Recruiter at Giant Food. With their extensive experience and education, Saijal brings a strong background in HR management and an impressive track record of achievements.

Saijal Kalidas has a strong educational background in Human Resources. Saijal obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, graduating in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, completing their studies in 2001.
