The Leap team is composed of experienced professionals with a wide range of backgrounds and expertise. Co-founders Andrew Kortina and Nina Agrawal have experience in the financial and tech industries, respectively. Kortina is also a founding partner at Eight Bit Studios, and Agrawal has worked in various leadership roles in the retail industry. The team also has experience in real estate development, engineering, and consulting.
