Thomas Camis has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Superintendent at Leapley Construction Group of Atlanta, LLC since March 1997, where responsibilities include interior build-out and various tasks as needed. Previously, Thomas worked as a Superintendent at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC from April 2002 to May 2012, focusing on the development of high-rise buildings in downtown Atlanta, including notable projects such as 1010 Midtown and the Georgia Aquarium. Thomas is a US Navy Vietnam Veteran, serving from 1965 to 1969, with an honorable discharge as a Ship Fitter/Pipe Fitter. Additionally, Thomas graduated at the top of the class from Conye Institute of Technology in Heating, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration.
