Maiyan P has worked in the business development field since 2017. Maiyan began their career as a Business Development Intern at OnTheMob, and later became the Business Development Manager. In 2019, they moved to Leap Life, where they currently serve as the Partnerships Manager.

Maiyan P attended Foothill College from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
