Zhang Yan

Zhang Yan is a Senior Transportation Engineer at Lea+Elliott, Inc. since October 2022, with previous experience as a Vehicle Project Engineer at Alstom and a Project Engineer at Bombardier Transportation, both contributing to the Singapore Bukit Panjang LRT Project.
