Beth Anne Wilhelm

Elizabeth Anne Wilhelm is a project management consultant with over 12 years of experience. She specializes in software implementations, IT project management, business process re-engineering, and earned value management (EVM) for U.S. Government and Commercial clients.

From 2015 to the present, she has managed implementations of Workfront project management software for Bloomberg, Estée Lauder, Fossil, Kenan Advantage Group, Lincoln Financial Group, Marriott Hotels, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, PwC, and Viacom.

Additionally, in 2015 she managed the development of a LeapPoint custom software application, known as LINK, for USAID Southern Africa. In 2016, the software expanded to support 11 other African Missions in their efforts to streamline Non-Governmental Organization Capacity Assessments.From 2012 – 2014 she supported the Millennium Challenge Corporation in the development and maintenance of a custom online software application, known as the MCC Management Information System (MIS).

From 2008 – 2011 she supported large scale IT programs for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Department of State (DoS) by providing project management and EVM support.

Elizabeth is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Earned Value Professional (EVP), and has achieved the Earned Value Management Graduate Certificate from PMI’s EVM Community of Practice. Lastly, Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park.
