Jennifer Krempa, MS

Jennifer Krempa, MS is currently serving as the Head of Global Delivery at LeapPoint since May 2022. Jennifer is also the Managing Director of Strategy and Business Intelligence, a role they have held since July 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Strategy and Business Intelligence from February 2021 to July 2021.

Before joining LeapPoint, Jennifer worked at Penn State University, where they held several roles. From July 2019 to February 2021, they served as the Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Administration, leading efforts to align the organization around shared goals and overseeing cross-functional project management, performance measurement, and portfolio management functions.

From October 2016 to July 2019, Jennifer held the position of Director of Administration and Internal Communications at Penn State University. In this role, they led the creation of new business processes and strategic planning for the World Campus, resulting in the development of key business objectives.

Prior to that, they served as the Director of Administration from August 2015 to October 2016, where they were responsible for executive communications, presentations, and the implementation of the organization's strategic plan. Jennifer also worked as a Communications Strategy Specialist and Marketing Communications Specialist at Penn State, leading the development of service-oriented communications plans and supporting the university's IT services.

Jennifer Krempa began their career at Penn State University as a Teaching Assistant and Communications and Marketing Assistant. Jennifer also worked as a Course Evaluation Assistant during their time at the university.

Jennifer Krempa, MS has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Art Education from Penn State University, which they obtained in 2018. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Penn State University, majoring in English with a minor in Technical Writing. Jennifer also pursued studies in English and Theater at Dartmouth College, and gained advanced study in Theater at The National Theater Institute.
