Brent Hankins has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brent began their career in 2006 as an Area Manager at Movie Gallery/Hollywood Video/Game Crazy. From 2010 to 2014, they held the position of Member Service Manager at LA Fitness. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager - Retention at Infusionsoft, where they provided customers with assistance, proactively reached out to at-risk customers, and managed a budget for credit and refunds. In 2018, they joined RevolutionParts as a Senior Customer Success Manager, responsible for building relationships with customers, monitoring their product usage, and recommending solutions to meet their needs. Within the same company, they also took on the role of Customer Success Enablement Manager in 2022, overseeing training programs and supporting the CS leadership team. Brent's most recent position is as a Senior Customer Success Coach at Leapsome, where they are currently employed.
