Theema Makkapan, CPA has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2016, they worked as an Audit Trainee at KPMG in Thailand for two months. In 2017, they had a brief stint as a Management Trainee at KPMG Singapore. From 2018 to 2021, Theema worked as a Senior Auditor, Financial Services at KPMG Thailand. In 2021, they moved on to become a Senior Strategic Projects and Business Innovation Associate at Ngernturbo Company Limited for a year. Currently, Theema is a Data Analytics Working Student at Leapsome, where they are responsible for creating actionable reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality and consistency, and assisting with the upkeep of GTM tools and systems.

Theema Makkapan, CPA has a comprehensive education history that includes a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Project Management and Data Science from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, which began in 2022 and is ongoing. Prior to that, Theema obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Thammasat University between 2014 and 2018.
