Matthew Richards, CPA

Matthew Richards, a licensed CPA and experienced finance professional, has worked in various roles throughout their career. Matthew started as an Experienced Audit Associate at Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Banking in 2004 and later joined CohnReznick LLP in 2005, where they worked as an Experienced Audit Associate, Senior Audit Associate, and Audit Manager.

In 2013 they joined Rosen, Sapperstein & Friedlander, where they served as an Audit Manager until 2017. Matthew then took on the role of Director of Accounting at WeberMessick and Finance Manager at Maryland Proton Treatment Center until 2018.

From 2018 to 2022, Richards worked as a Senior Manager - A&F Consultant at Clearview Group, LLC before they joined Leap as a Corporate Controller in June 2023.
