Irma Jakić

Irma Jakić is an Employee Experience Associate at Leapwise since May 2023, focusing on the intersection of marketing and people operations. With a background in sociology and several years of experience in marketing and research, Irma is also a member of the European Sexual Medicine Network and has contributed as a researcher on an international study on sexual harassment with the COST Association. Irma's leadership skills were showcased as a Team Leader and Facilitator for the EU-funded project "Youth Affirmative Mental Health Approaches," where workshops on active listening and assertive communication were conducted. Additionally, Irma served as a Demonstrator for a graduate-level course at the University of Zagreb and accumulated four years of experience in marketing at Determ, working on employer branding and social media management. Education includes a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Zagreb, expected in 2024, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the same institution.
