Claus Rosenkrantz Topholt

Claus Rosenkrantz Topholt is the co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Leapwork. Claus has over 15 years of experience in IT consulting and solutions, specializing in optimization of core business processes and integration of complex IT systems. Claus has worked with a wide variety of software and frameworks, including Microsoft .NET, SharePoint, SQL Server, Red Gate, ServiceNow, Powershell, Mono / Xamarin, Selenium, DynaTrace, MongoDB and many others.

Topholt is a strong believer in individual performances in small and extremely effective teams. Throughout their years in the industry, they have seen this delivery format outshine all others. Claus's personal focus is on systems architecture, database design (both relational and nosql), continuous delivery and process automation. Claus enjoys operations troubleshooting and profiling with tools such as WinDbg, but also enjoys taking on more traditional development tasks. Recently, they implemented their own .NET language (Top#) and on-the-fly MSIL compiler.

Before co-founding Leapwork, Topholt was the founder and CEO of Topholt Solutions A/S, a company that delivers business-critical IT consulting and solutions. Under their leadership, the company became known for its international high-volume e-commerce work, financial and administrative business system integrations, and enterprise content management and intranet solutions.

Claus Rosenkrantz Topholt attended Holte Gymnasium, a high school in Denmark. Claus then went on to study economics at Copenhagen Business School.
