Jon Nielsen currently serves as the Head of Data at Leapwork since January 2024. Previously, Nielsen held the position of Head of Business Intelligence at OLIO from April 2022 to January 2024 and at Elder HQ from November 2019 to April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at The Trade Desk and kwiff, and as a Data Scientist at Klarna and Hawtrey Dene Group. Nielsen's early career involved significant analytical responsibilities, including developing forecast modeling and engaging in quantitative analytics at Klarna, as well as working with big data at Hawtrey Dene Group. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics with a focus on financial modeling from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, completed between 2007 and 2013.
