Thomas Brink Frederiksen

Thomas Brink Frederiksen is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Change Management at Leapwork since February 2023. With a diverse background in leadership roles, Thomas holds the position of Chairman of the Board at K/S Esbjerg, Anelystparken since December 2000 and has extensive experience in digital business transformation and agile coaching as the Senior Consultant and Owner of Sound Advice ApS / Interim IT Consulting. Previous entrepreneurial endeavors include co-founding Waterfront Doctors Corporate and eKlinik, as well as leadership roles at Learning Grid, Cohaesio/Surftown A/S, Evalesco Systems, and INSIDE Technology. Thomas holds a degree in International Business Administration from the Business Academy in Roskilde and studied at ESCP Business School.
