Rina Charles

Rina Charles has been working in the finance and legal industries since 2010. Rina started their career as a Solicitor at Galilee Solicitors in 2010, then moved on to become a Director at Novo Group Ltd. (SEHK: 1048; SGX: MR8) in 2013. In 2017, they took on two roles: Co-founder, Head of Investments at LeapXpert, and Capital Markets Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP.

Rina Charles is currently enrolled in the Advance Finance Program at The Wharton School. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The Australian National University between 2012 and 2014. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Victoria Law School between 2009 and 2012. Rina Charles also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Law from Monash University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2009. In addition, they are a Solicitor certified by The High Court of Hong Kong in June 2019 and the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia in September 2012.
