Tai H. began their work experience in 2010 as an Information Technology Help Desk Support for Benh vien Thong Nhat. In 2011, they took on the role of Senior QA/QC Engineer for Avaya and Subject Matter Expert for TMA Solutions. In 2017, they moved to Avaya Emerging Product & Technology -EP&T as a Senior QA Engineer. In 2022, they began their current role as Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for LeapXpert, where they are responsible for manual testing for Web and Mobile app, supporting DEV/PROD testing on customer site, and running automation testing for Web and Mobile app.
