Ann Joy Degamo

Ann Joy Degamo, MBA, has extensive experience in finance and operations, beginning with a role in Purchasing and Import/Export at ATOMED Cebu Inc. from July 2004 to March 2007. Following this, Ann Joy spent eight years at Lexmark Research and Development Corp., serving first as Team Leader for Order to Cash Returns and Distribution Claims and later as GBS - O2C Process Analyst. From July 2015 to June 2023, Ann Joy continued at Lexmark in a finance-focused role in GSPO Audit and Compliance for O2C. Currently, Ann Joy is the GBS - Finance Operations Performance Lead at Lear Corporation, a position held since June 2023. Ann Joy holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of San Carlos and a Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting from the University of San Jose - Recoletos.
