Herrer has extensive experience in managing engineering teams and optimizing processes across multiple regions, including Europe and India, with a focus on cost reduction strategies in response to market challenges. Prior to joining Lear Corporation, Herrera worked at Dana Corporation as a Senior Product and Development Engineer, leading complex automotive system design projects.
