Hemang Munshi

Hemang Munshi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the India manufacturing HR head at Lear Corporation since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing industrial relations, liaising with government agencies, and overseeing employee engagement and change management. In addition to this role, Hemang holds the position of Deputy General Manager at MG Motor India Pvt. Ltd. since October 2017. Hemang’s career in human resources began at Reliance Industries Ltd. as a Manager HR, focusing on welfare activities, administrative services, and corporate social responsibilities from August 1997 to December 2006. Hemang holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, both from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
