Hilario Vavassori

Hilario Vavassori is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information technology across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Information Technology Director at Lear Corporation since May 2022, Vavassori previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at Hitachi Energy from December 2019 to April 2022. In a prior role at ABB, Vavassori contributed as Regional Information Technology Manager and Senior Manager in Application Development, guiding Agile methodologies and overseeing SAP projects. A tenure at Accenture as a Senior Manager involved leading significant SAP implementations across North America and supply chain initiatives for major industries. Vavassori holds an MBA from FGV and a specialization in Information Technology from FIA Business School, complemented by a degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering from FEI.
