Libye Garcia

Libye Garcia has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director for both Electronics & Thermal Comfort Systems and the JIT Division at Lear Corporation since October 2019. Prior to this, Libye held multiple HR leadership roles at MINTH Group, Nissan Motor Corporation, and Ford Motor Company, with responsibilities ranging from HR Director of Mexico Operations to Human Resources Subdirector and Talent Attraction Sr. Manager. Libye began a career in HR at Ford Motor Company, where various positions included HR Generalist and Recruitment Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Education in Executive Leadership from IPADE Business School, a Master's degree in Quality Management from Universidad La Salle, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Administration from Universidad de Sonora.
