Sandi Freeman

Sandi Freeman currently serves as the Director of Quality Engineering at Detroit Manufacturing Systems LLC, a position held since January 2020, and previously held the role of Senior Manager of Quality Engineering. With extensive experience at Lear Corporation since August 2010, Sandi has operated as the North America Auto Supplier Quality Development Manager. Prior roles include management positions at Guilford Performance Textiles and various engineering and managerial positions at General Motors, ranging from Superintendant at the Lordstown facility to Business Manager at the Doraville facility. Sandi began a career in production supervision and engineering at Johnson and Johnson Company. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and certification as a Blackbelt and Green Belt in Six Sigma from North Carolina State University.
