Silvia Dopiriakova

Silvia Dopiriakova, MBA, is currently the Plant Manager at Lear Corporation, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as Operations Manager and held several logistics-focused positions at Lear Corporation from 2019 to 2020. Silvia began their career at Betatex s.r.o as a Senior Production Planner, working there from 1999 to 2008, and later managed the supply chain as a Supply Chain Scheduler Manager at U-Shin from 2015 to 2017. Silvia earned their MBA in Business Administration and Management from WYZSZA SZKOLA MENEDŽERSKA „WSM“ W WARSZAWIE in 2019.
