Carlos Miranda

Carlos Miranda is the CIO and co-founder of Learkn. Carlos has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on system administration and automation.

Carlos began their career as a system administrator at eBay, where they provided support for the Blue Prism RPA automation platform. Carlos was responsible for maintaining the platform, resolving incidents and issues, and creating and completing change requests. Carlos also developed automated PowerShell scripts to integrate with eBay's monitoring system to speed up support activities and provide self-healing opportunities for the service desk and developers.

In July 2019, Carlos left eBay to co-found Learkn, an IT automation company. At Learkn, Carlos is responsible for developing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, as well as overseeing the development of automated scripts and tools to improve efficiency and reduce support costs. Carlos is also responsible for training service desk and event management teams on using the company's procedures, workflows, and documentation.
