Amy Krymkowski is an advisor at STRUT Learning. Prior to their current position, they served as an executive coach at Mindset Strategies, LLC from March 2022 to September 2022. Before that, they were a certified coach at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. from January 2011 to January 2020, where they facilitated individual and group coaching sessions on job search readiness and strategy development.
Amy has also worked as a specialist in human resources and employee relations at Genentech from January 2008 to January 2010, and as a consultant in human resources and employee relations at Men's Wearhouse from January 2003 to January 2008. In addition, they served as the director of government relations at The Milwaukee Women's Center from January 1999 to January 2002. Amy began their career in human resources as a generalist at The Pillsbury Company from January 1997 to January 1999.
Amy Krymkowski has a Masters in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology with a Women's Studies Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Amy is also certified from LinkedIn in How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit, from Group Coaching HQ in Group Coaching certification, from the International Coaching Federation in Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and ICF Member Badge. Amy has a certification from LinkedIn in Career Strategies for Women Re-Entering the Workforce after 2020, from New Ventures West in Certified Integral Coach, and from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate.
