Dawn Swan started their work experience as a Client Support Technician 1st Line at dotdigital in November 2012. From June 2013 to September 2015, they served as a Client Support Team Lead 2nd Line. Dawn then became a Technical Support Team Lead 3rd Line from September 2015 to February 2017. After that, they worked as a Software Engineer & Scrum Master from February 2017 until March 2023 at dotdigital. Dawn Swan's most recent role is Senior Frontend Engineer at Learn Amp | B Corp™, which they started in March 2023.
Dawn Swan studied Psychology at The Open University from 2021 to 2025.
