Heana Rusinski

Heana Rusinski's work experience begins in 2015 as a Retail Assistant at Peyton & Byrne Ltd, where they worked until June 2016. In 2016, they joined Webhelp as a Customer Service Representative, working until July 2017. From July 2017 to October 2021, Heana worked at MotoNovo Finance as a Partner Services Representative. In October 2021, they transitioned to Learn Amp, where they started as a Junior Technical Support Executive until January 2022. Heana then progressed to the role of Technical Support Executive from February 2022 to July 2022. Currently, Heana works at Learn Amp as a Senior Technical Support Executive, starting in July 2022.

Heana Rusinski attended Capital City Academy from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they pursued a GCSE degree and focused their studies on Mathematics, English, Science, and Media.
