Prior experience encompasses leadership positions at RebelDot, where Botond managed a design team for startups, and teaching roles at institutions like Universitatea de Artă și Design din Cluj-Napoca. Currently, Botond is focused on founding Learn Design, aimed at enhancing design education in Romania, and runs Design Events, an online platform for creative events.
