Co-Founder & Chief Content Officer at Learn It Online

Chelsea Clater has extensive work experience in both the education and business sectors. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder & Chief Content Officer at LIT. From 2014 to 2020, they were a Teaching Faculty, Head Coach at Brooks School. During their time there, they taught Spanish 1 through Advanced Spanish and developed curricula for Spanish 2, Spanish 4, and Advanced Spanish. Chelsea was also the Head Coach for Girls' Varsity Volleyball and a Dorm Head and First-year Girls' Residence. Additionally, they participated in professional development activities such as Stanley King, Diversity Directions, White Anti-Racist Learning Space Facilitator Training with Ali Michael, and an AISNE Webinar with Dr.

Chelsea Clater attended the University of Michigan from 2005 to 2009, where they received a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature. Chelsea then attended Western Michigan University from 2009 to 2011, where they received a Master of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature.
