Neha Monga

Neha Monga has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Neha is currently working as a Staff Software Engineer at Learn to Win since March 2023. Prior to this, they were a part of LendingClub from July 2022 to February 2023, where they held the position of Engineering Manager. Before that, Neha worked at LendingClub in various roles including Lead Software Engineer from March 2020 to June 2022, Senior Software Engineer from March 2017 to February 2020, Software Engineer from November 2015 to February 2017, and as a Software Contractor from August 2014 to November 2015. Neha also worked at Indra Solutions LLC as a Programmer Analyst from July 2014 to November 2015, and at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets as a Principal Consultant from November 2010 to July 2014. Neha began their career at Verizon Data Services, India, working as an Analyst from June 2006 to October 2010.

Neha Monga completed their 12th grade education at St. Mary's Academy from 1999 to 2001. Neha then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication at the College of Engineering Roorkee from 2002 to 2006.
