Guan Wang

Guan Wang is a co-founder of Learnable, Inc., a human-centered artificial intelligence (AI) company focused on providing fully-automated grading and tutoring apps, optical character recognition API, AI-driven products in finance, and personalized services. Guan has also served as a director at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a young global shaper at the World Economic Forum. Guan Wang holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Brown University and has worked as a visiting scientist at the University of Washington and a research intern at Microsoft.

Guan Wang pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in an unspecified field of study from Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2007 to 2011. Following this, from 2012 to 2013, Wang attended the University of Washington to study Computer Science & Engineering, although they did not complete a degree at this institution. Wang then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science at Brown University from 2013 to 2020.
