Deanna Pannier

Deanna Pannier has extensive experience in talent development and training. Deanna started their career in 2007 at MidCountry Bank, where they worked as a Wholesale Account Manager until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Business Coach and Consultant at Soul Purpose. In 2015, they joined Travel Leaders Network as a Senior Trainer and worked there until 2018. Deanna then joined Protravel International as the Director of Talent Development, where they remained until 2021. In 2021, they had two concurrent roles: Talent Development Consultant/Curriculum Designer at DP Consulting Partners and Training Development/Project Management at Learnexus. In 2022, Deanna became the Training and Development Manager at The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) until December of the same year.

Deanna Pannier's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Meta Institute and studied Therapeutic Coaching until 2011. In 2020, they enrolled at Normandale Community College and pursued an Associate of Science degree in Business and Leadership, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, in 2021, Deanna obtained an Instructional Design Certification from the University of Minnesota. Deanna also has several additional certifications, including the Everything DISC Facilitator certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, the Gamification Surveyor Badge from Sententia, Inc, and the Articulate Storyline for Next Level Design Certificate from Training Magazine, obtained in May 2023.
