Amarjeet Solanki is an Associate CIPD with extensive experience in human resources and team management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at the Learning and Work Institute since May 2023, Amarjeet previously held the role of Human Resources Manager at Roof Maker from May 2022 to April 2023. From June 2008 to May 2022, Amarjeet excelled as a People Team Manager at John Lewis & Partners, where responsibilities included leading a team to achieve sales targets and drive commercial opportunities. Prior to this, experience as a Team Supervisor at Debenhams from October 2001 to May 2008 involved managing various branch areas and supporting the opening of new stores across the UK and Ireland. Educational qualifications include a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from CIPD and a Diploma of Education in Textile Design and Production from De Montfort University.
