Ayo Salam

Ayo Salam currently serves as a Board Member at the Learning and Work Institute and as Co-Chair of the Board at the Migrant Democracy Project, where the focus is on empowering migrants in the UK to engage in democratic participation. Additionally, Ayo is an Independent Member of the Audit Committee for the Migrant Democracy Project and a Member of the East Midlands Academy Trust, which emphasizes inclusive education. Ayo's past governance experience includes serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at East Midlands Academy Trust, as well as a Governor at Walton High. Ayo has held a trustee position with Winant Clayton Volunteers, overseeing governance and financial planning. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Corporate Governance and Leadership from the University of Northampton, various diplomas in investment compliance and financial regulation from BPP, and an LLM in International Law and MICA in Compliance from institutions in the UK.
