The Recruitment and Staffing team at Learning ARTS is responsible for sourcing, hiring, and onboarding skilled professionals to support the organization’s mission of delivering exceptional programs for children on the Autism spectrum. They work collaboratively to ensure that qualified candidates, including therapists and administrative staff, are matched with the needs of the organization, while also managing scheduling and coordination to optimize service delivery.
