Currently serving as Vice President of the East Division at Learning Care Group since March 2018, Amber has successfully led change management initiatives, including the development and launch of the SproutAbout family communications application. Amber's expertise includes product development, usability testing, and creating communication plans for educational technology rollouts. Prior to this role, Amber was a District Senior Director at Target, where strategic leadership resulted in significant business growth and the management of over 1,000 team members. With a strong background in education and leadership, including prior positions as Region Manager and Store Director, Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and a Master of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from Michigan State University.
