Caryn Aldape

Caryn Aldape is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee experience, communications, and strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience, Culture & DE&I at Learning Care Group since December 2019, Caryn previously held various senior management roles at Comcast from November 2005 to December 2019, focusing on employee communications and customer experience. Responsibilities included crafting internal messaging for over 100,000 employees, leading product communications, and creating operational strategies to support customer service agents. Earlier career experience includes a role as Project Coordinator in Marketing & Communications at Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern PA, where Caryn developed press materials and quarterly newsletters. Caryn holds an M.A. in Communications from Temple University.
