Joanne Webster has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Academy Director at Learning Care Group since October 2009. In this role, Joanne successfully turned the center into a profitable operation within the first six months, doubling the clientele and improving the quality of teachers to enhance community perception. Under Joanne's leadership, the facility achieved million-dollar status within two years and continues to show positive financial trends. Prior to this position, Joanne managed enrollment and operations at Childtime Learning Center while maintaining profitability. Earlier experience includes serving as Youth Administrator at Woodridge Baptist Church, where Joanne oversaw logistics and budgeting for youth camps catering to over 600 students. Joanne holds degrees from Bremerton Community College and Washington State University.
