Tracie Wickenhauser

Tracie Wickenhauser serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Learning Care Group, overseeing operations across 1,100 education centers. Previously, Tracie held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Milan Laser Hair Removal, managing various operational functions to enhance customer experience at 400 locations. As the Founder of All Shapes Apparel, Tracie launched an online platform for activewear and shapewear. Tracie's extensive experience includes leadership positions at PetSmart, where the billion-dollar services division was guided, and Michaels, leading the $400 million Artistree/Custom Framing business. Tracie has also held significant roles at Gordmans and Kohl's, contributing to store operations and real estate efforts. Earlier career foundations were established at Target, holding various leadership roles. Tracie is an alumna of Concordia University-Wisconsin and Lewis & Clark College.
