James Fenton

James Fenton is a seasoned professional in business development and sales, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Learning Curve Group since November 2024, where responsibilities include leading the design and management of Apprenticeship & Early Careers development programs. Prior to this role, James was the National Head of Sales at Pro Apprenticeships, directing sales processes and business transformation initiatives, and served as Apprenticeship Sales Director at Just IT, managing apprenticeship sales programs. Earlier experience includes positions as Divisional Sales Manager at Just IT and Sales Manager at Your Move, along with a Team Leader role at TUI Careers, where team operations were managed across various global locations. James holds an ILM Diploma Level 3 in Leadership & Management from Carshalton Sports College, completed in January 2018.
