Mary Carter

Mary Carter is an experienced professional in the field of education and curriculum design, currently serving as the President of Learning Designs. With a tenure as the Director at the National Workforce Institute since January 2004, Mary has developed a strong leadership presence. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History/English from the University of Michigan and Oakland University, along with multiple advanced degrees from Wayne State University, including a Master of Arts in Education/Curriculum Design and a Master’s degree in Special Education, Gifted.
