Janice Brooks

Janice Brooks is an experienced human resources professional with a substantial background in both leadership and operational roles. Currently serving as Vice President and Human Resources Director at The Learning Enrichment Foundation since June 2019, Janice previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) in 2018, and at the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) from 2012 to 2018. Janice's earlier career includes roles as a Sales Representative at Remax Jazz and Coldwell Banker R.M.R. Real Estate, as well as various human resources and program management positions at BMO Financial Group and BMO Nesbitt Burns, where responsibilities encompassed training development and regulatory compliance. Janice holds a Training and Development Diploma from Ryerson University and a Canadian Securities Course certification from the Canadian Securities Institute.
