Crystal Cooper Ed.D. serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of West Georgia and an Academy Coach with Learning Forward, guiding participants in addressing educational challenges. With extensive experience in Gwinnett County Public Schools, Crystal has held leadership roles as a School Principal and Assistant Principal, focusing on instructional leadership, professional development, and data-driven improvements. Crystal has a long-standing consulting role with Responsive Classroom®/Center for Responsive Schools, where responsibilities include presenting workshops on Social Emotional Learning and supporting district leadership. Crystal's educational background includes a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Georgia, along with several other degrees and certifications in educational leadership and elementary education.
